Well, at least he didn't beat them up physically, like in some countries, but it's still unconscionable, unreasonably excessive, shockingly unjust, etc. Too bad their solicitor can't use that as a defense, which does work in contract law so should apply to the social contract, but we live in a brave new world order now.
